Understanding One Another

Why is it that those unique differences that seemed so attractive to us when we first met now cause feelings of frustration and annoyance?  Often it's just a lack of understanding.  Because of our different personalities and behavioural tendencies, our way of approaching life is different.  For many, that can make married life difficult.

We want to show you how those differences can be maximised to make you stronger - not push you apart.

FamilyLife has worked with Carlson Learning Centre and behavioural expert Charlie Boyd to bring you 'Understanding One Another', a life changing tool that enables couples to put their differences to one side and truly embrace one another.

Presented by FamilyLife staff couple and DiSC accredited speakers Steve & Leanne Hooper.

After completing a short personal profile, the course is designed to help couples, both married and engaged, to discover, and understand and accept each others behavioural style.  By faithfully applying what they they discover during this special time together couples are able to create a new environment that is both loving and conducive to a harmonious home.  Many have told us that even after 25 years of marriage this seminar "is like the lights going on".

These principles can easily be carried over to the work force, any team environment, and especially provide insightful help with parenting.
