Understanding One Another

Why is it that those unique differences that seemed so attractive to us when we first met
now cause feelings of frustration and annoyance? Often it's just a lack of understanding.
Because of our different personalities and behavioural tendencies, our way of approaching
life is different. For many, that can make married life very difficult.

We want to show you how those differences can be maximised to make you stronger, not
    push you apart.
FamilyLife has worked with the Carlson Learning Centre and behavioural expert Charlie Boyd to bring you Understanding One Another: a fun, practical, life-changing workshop, designed to equip you with a life-time tool that will show you how your differences can be maximised for good.

Steve & Leanne Hooper, FamilyLife speakers and DiSC Accredited presenters will help you learn how to understand and adapt your behaviour to get along better with others; not only your spouse, but also your children, your workmates, in fact just about anyone.

"This has been the best thing we have ever done. It has been a huge help in understanding & relating better to one another as
a couple."

The workshop can be run as a one day event, or over an evening, and includes three
inspirational sessions, couples projects and a unique personal profile.

After completing the short personal profile, the course is designed to help couples (both
married and engaged) to discover, understand and accept each other's behavioural style.

Many have told us that, even after 25 years of marriage, this seminar "is like a light going
    on."
